Job Description: We are currently seeking a retail sales associate for our new flagship store in Short Pump, Virginia. This position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company and gain first hand experience in opening up a new retail location. Sales associates will be in charge of all operations related to the store as well as be involved in overall direction of the brand through constant interaction with the team.
Requirements:
- Retail or sales experience in any industry (not required, but favored)
- Attention to detail in a fast paced setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Ability to establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be available to work store schedule including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to go above and beyond to help the team and brand
Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of all daily duties at the store from inventory to merchandising
- Maintain overall look and feel of the store from displays to restocking on a daily/weekly basis
- Participate in marketing activities such as social media, email campaigns, trade show prep, etc.
- Build relationships with customers and provide the highest level of customer care
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding seasonal and annual sales goals
- Properly handle monetary responsibilities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness every day
