We are excited that your continued support means we've grown quite a bit this year! Please note we will be very busy during this wonderful holiday season, as we are hard at work shipping your orders out. There may be delays beyond our control, so we encourage early shopping and are here to help with whatever is needed. This said, we have been working this entire year to ensure our logistics and shipping practices are better than before!

Here’s some other moves we’ve made to give you our signature blue ribbon service:

1. Partnered with FedEx to offer $7.50 flat rate 2 day shipping - We began this service in 2021, and it’s been a big success! On time shipping rates have never been better, and we are confident of the incredible value. Please note: while an exceptional, expedited 2 day service, it is not impossible this service will take slightly longer than 2 days. FedEx does everything it can, but sometimes things are beyond their control. However, this is the lowest cost for the fastest shipping service we’ve ever offered, and we’re proud to offer it! We offer many other shipping services as well, so there’s an option for every situation.

2. Extended returns and exchanges - our standard return policy is 30 days for non-sale goods, we’ve extended this to 60 days. We will accommodate exchanges and issue full refunds for any purchases made between November 1 and December 26, 2023 for 2 months afterwards, so there’s plenty of time for any returns.

3. Clear shipping deadlines - we want you to shop with confidence and also give our shipping partners the time needed this busy holiday season. Here are the deadlines to receive your order by December 24 in the USA:

• Standard Ground FedEx Shipping: December 14 by 11:59pm EST
• 2 Day FedEx Shipping: December 19 by 11:59pm EST
• Overnight FedEx Shipping: December 20 by 11:59pm EST

Please note, USPS shipping services do not have deadlines are their service is much harder to accurately predict. They do have a great value though, so we encourage you to shop with USPS early!
